Our speaker will be Lisa L. Patterson, Esq. Lisa’s presentation is entitled “In the words of the great, Jerry Maguire: Help me, Help you! Navigating the relationship between you and your attorney in Ohio workers’ compensation.” Like any good relationship, communication is the key. Through popular culture references/movie clips and case law we will explore what information is essential for you to provide to your attorney during the claims process, including investigation, allowance and the different types of compensation.
